Campaign Management Analyst - Healthcare Domain

We are hiring for the position of a  Campaign Management Analyst for one of the leading MNC in Healthcare domain.

Experience Required - 2-5 Years

Shift Timing - 11:00 AM - 8:30PM

Job Location - Noida

Salary - As per Market standards

Must Have Skills - IBM UNICA Campaign, Advance Level Excel and SQL language.

Good to have - IBM Interact,Big Data Platform (Hadoop, Netezza etc), Experience in Healthcare, Experience in Exact target/Salesforce.

Major Responsibilities :

- Create and execute campaigns using IBM Campaign (UNICA) for major direct marketing efforts (direct mail, email & telephonic) as well as smaller, trigger-based programs within the framework of the overall campaign and contact strategy.

- Must have hands on experience in IBM Campaign or Adobe Campaign etc.

- Experience of IBM Interact is nice to have.

- This individual will use their knowledge of the customer insights and data to assist in providing direction and campaign executions designed to drive up engagement and enrollment into our products

- Assess and interpret needs and requirements of our partners

- Extract and manipulate data by performing database queries that support marketing efforts

- Provide actionable insight by giving explanation and interpretation of data to support dept and business unit needs

- Maintain a strategic relationship with business partners to develop deeper understanding of their business and goals, suggest new strategies
