Qualification: Engineering graduate or an MBA or Statistics or Econometrics from IIT/IIM or Tier one campus
Skill Set/Experience
- 5 to 6 years of Significant experience in Campaign monitoring and analysis
- Ability to identify key KPIs and drive actionable insights to provide business impact
- Working with a range of data tools for example, SAS, Unica, SQL, Access/Excel, VBA
- Strong banking domain knowledge(both assets and liability side)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with campaign managers to understand requirements
- Statistical knowledge (Hypothesis testing, ANNOVA, Regression etc)
- Must be solution-oriented, proactive, and creative
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong planning, organisation and people management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- The ability to work on your own initiative and in many different and challenging environments
- Should be able to liaise with both technical and business teams
- Experience of managing, strengthening and broadening client relationships
- Good functional skills required
