- To analyse & track campaign reporting & evaluate campaign performance across all campaigns

- Responsible for managing campaign operations of multiple clients across industry

- Responsible for monitoring & distribution of tasks of campaign developers, & campaign execution personnel

- Responsible for driving consistently high quality error free outputs from teams

- Responsible for high quality output & productivity of team

- Building a high performance campaign operations teams

- Responsible for defining standardised processes for campaign execution

- Responsible for standardised operations & compliance

- Knowledge of Email service provider panel & mobile gateways

- Strong Database knowledge of SQL/ Oracle

- Understanding of HTML as a platform

- Prior Strong Project management & operations management

- Prior team management experience of min team size of 30 – 40 must
