We are a team from MIT, Harvard, IIT, and TFI bringing K-12 (school) education into the 21st century. We started out as India's first coding bootcamp for kids back in 2010, and have worked with 100s of schools and orgs like Google, Adobe, IIM Bangalore, IIT Delhi to teach cutting-edge tech to 50,000+ kids in ages 6 - 18. Today we are scaling online to meet the needs of millions of parents pan-Asia and in the US looking to introduce their kids to crucial 21st-century skills. We are already monetizing in US, India, Singapore, Indonesia, and Spain. While most online options replace good teachers with static videos (doesn- t work for kids), we- ve built our very own online platform to enable interactive small-group learning at scale. Our students learn in the presence of LIVE teachers and classmates, from the comfort of their homes, in our gamified virtual classrooms. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy 2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues 3. Manage the recruitment and selection process 4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital 5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization 6. Nurture a positive working environment 7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance 8. Maintain pay plan and benefits program 9. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs 10. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics 11. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management You Have: 1. Proven working experience as HR Manager 2. People-oriented and results-driven 3. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics 4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases 5. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills 6.
