Camp K12 is a Global Online School for 21st Century skills founded by an MIT/Harvard computer science alum (ex-Google, McKinsey) and the Ex-CEO of Apple India. We're teaching Coding and STEM to kids aged 5 - 18 via LIVE, interactive online sessions (1-on-1 and small groups) that take place in our gamified virtual classrooms and work 10x better than status quo. We raised a seed round in March 2020 and series A in August 2021, scaled revenue 120x as our team grew from 25 to 280 people. 400K+ students taught across 20 countries, looking to build a $1Bn+ global online school of the future, a one stop-shop for the 21st century parent/student need including learning, credentialing, games/ community and more. The core team hails from Wharton, Harvard, MIT, Bain, BCG, IIT, and Teach For India, and included industry veterans from large 2 sided market systems like Ola, Swiggy, and Amazon. Role : We are looking for problem solvers and hustlers who are passionate about using data to tell a story. You'd work closely with the founder and the product management team to drive effective decision making in the organisation and play a key role in building the product roadmap to drive L0 business metrics. Responsibilities : - Using data to build and validate hypotheses, generate key business insights to identify growth opportunities, and generate recommendations to enable org wide decision making. - Being the data backbone for the product releases and experiments conducted by the team - this will involve designing the experiments, creating the A/B bases, measuring the impact and providing recommendations for iterations, if any. - Set up automated dashboards to track L0/L1 metrics and product funnels - both at macro and micro level - Evangelizing and operationalizing the analytical solutions for usage across the organization - Using data science to solve complex problems such as intent classification, personalisation etc. Qualifications & Experience : - 2+ years of experience performing quantitative statistical consumer behavior analysis, preferably for an internet or technology company - Highly proficient in Excel, SQL, MongoDB. Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau is an added advantage - Extensive experience doing funnel analysis, cohort analysis, customer journey analysis, A/B tests - Efficient project and stakeholder management skills - Demonstrable ability to work in a dynamic environment, and to meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects
