Camomile Healthcare is amongst the leading data driven healthcare transformation companies in Asia and has embarked on a aggressive growth plan to expand its offerings through automation and productization of its services. Our clients include McKesson, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Tata Group, Government of Singapore, Manipal Hospitals, Government of Uganda and others.

One of the key components of our growth plan is to build an globally scalable EnterpriseTech platform that will meet the needs of new and existing hospitals and other healthcare systems for the >US$ 10 trillion healthcare industry.

To meet these goals, we are looking to on-board a passionate techie to join hands as the CTO / Vice President. The ideal candidate shall have experience and knowledge across full stack, back-end, front-end and mobile technologies with an obsessive desire to build great products. will help us in developing and deploying the solution.

About the opportunity

We are building an EnterpriseTech Platform that will provide data driven evidence based solutions to plan and implement new hospitals with ease as well as make existing hospitals more efficient.

The tech platform by design shall create multi-faceted business opportunities, and in this case the hospitals, clinics, health tech companies, diagnostic chains and others.

The market opportunity is over US$ 10 bn and is ripe for disruption. We intend to grab a good share of the opportunity in the future.


The ideal candidate

1. Has skin in the game.

2. Has experience with Enterprise Tech, AI/ML related technologies;

3. Build, lead & manage the entire tech team going forward

4. Managing the project deliverable & respecting the project timelines

5. From a top engineering college IIT/NIT/BITS/I/similar institutes

6. Ultimate Hacker - Knows his way around things & how to solve problems.

Experience: 4- 12 years


What you'll do

1. Work with the Founder in building the vision, team and platform & Shape the future of the Company

2. Develop an (AI/ML/Industry 4.0 ready) Enterprise Tech from scratch, including the design, structure, workflows and future optimizations

3. Recommending the technology (ideally an Open Source Software) to be used for the idea and customizing the same for Industry specific application

4. Oversee all aspects of the technology, including technical strategy, technical architecture, best practices & technology stacks.

5. Must be willing to code, become AWS Admin, DevOps Champion among others.

6. Build & lead the tech team as the company grows

7. Take complete responsibility for the technology development and become a catalyst of the success story
