- Equity Fund Raising

- He/she would be interacting with all the investment bankers, Private equity funds, Venture Capital Funds,HNI investors including preparation of Company Valuations, Project Reports, Information Memorandum, Offer document etc.

- Experienced in Preparation of Information Memorandum, Project Reports, as well as Financial Modelling, valuation modelling etc.

- Strong interpersonal & negotiating skills as well as critical analytical abilities.

- Fund raising (India & International both)

- Investor Relations
