JD for Integrator-Field Operation
- Develop and drive the execution of the Annual Business Plan for the region
- Periodically review the business performance and take necessary action to improve performance
- Identify new business verticals and service offerings
- Sponsor and find ways to enhance innovation culture and promote IP creation
- Build the Corporate Brand Reputation and protect credibility of the organization within the specific region
- Plan for manpower and resource optimization
- Conduct causal analysis of service delivery bottlenecks and breakdowns
- Advocate CallHealth's vision and values to all officers within the region and foster employee alignment with corporate goals
- Communicate service delivery policies, guidelines and performance SLAs to all ECF(external customer facing) officers within the region
- Streamline and monitor the management of all service orders on a daily basis
- Continually engage with marquee stakeholders - Collaborators & KOL's within the region to create brand advocacy
- Ensure profitability is in sync with organizational goals
- Lead and Manage key projects for driving service improvements
- Collaborate with Marketing to plan marketing campaigns for the region and review the marketing spend
- Help integrate the right franchise partners for ensuring seamless expansion of operations
- Liaise with external government agencies for procuring the required licenses and ensures compliance with statutory guidelines for service delivery
