Create innovative marketing strategies that will build the CallHealth brand, leading to increased awareness, fundraising revenue, relevance and respect among key stakeholders.   2. Develop the organization's marketing strategy. He/she will leverage impactful channels of communication using a diverse mix of marketing and communication tools to ensure key messages are communicated to the right target segments effectively and quickly.   3. Mobilize the efforts of the marketing and communications team to effectively execute the marketing plan. He/she will also effectively collaborate with various businesses within the organization to enable overall business growth.   4. Planning, development and implementation of marketing strategies, and marketing activities, both external and internal.   5. Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services for chapters in the area of marketing, communications and public relations.   6. Directs the efforts of the marketing, communications and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Organization.   7. Provide the planning and leadership to the Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed to meet and exceed the goals of the Marketing plan.   8. Assume overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan for the organization; for strategic market planning; market research programs; field force activities, and control of the marketing budget.   9. Prepare new product marketing plans for product introductions in cooperation with senior management colleagues in Medical, Health Economics, Finance, Sales and Marketing.   Desired Skill Set :  1. Should have handled Marketing function for a large FMCG / Retail/ Digital / B To C organization and driving large customer base.  2. Should have shown a significant improvement in sales with a direct co relation with the marketing spend.  3. Structured consumer segmentation, identifying new trends in direct business and designing customer pull tactics.  4. Should have significant experience in BTC & BTB marketing.  5. Should have expertise in Direct Marketing / Indirect Marketing. Continuously developing new strategies by looking at the market and recommending the same to the management.   6. Result oriented professional with 8 to 15 years- rich experience in Marketing and Team Management in Digital Marketing/ FMCG/Retail/Telecom/Healthcare (Hospital Segment) & Pharma Sector.  7. Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.   8.
