Job Purpose :
- Key resource for converting concepts into creative marketing initiatives for all stake holders.
- Initiatives will include ATL/ BTL activities, content development, digital communication, events, customer life cycle management, PR
Main Accountabilities :
- Understanding all stakeholders and developing insights
- Generating creative / innovative ideas for building brand and loyal customer base
- Developing and driving marketing campaigns
- Managing agencies to optimize their output
Dimensions :
Impact & Influence :
- Primary influence - consumer awareness building and acquisition.
- Secondary influence - impactful communication for associate, shareholders and officer.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience :
- Strategy, conceptual creativity, developing consumer insights, lateral thinker
- 7-10 years of experience in B2C environment.
- From reputed ad agencies, FMCG, services industries like banking / telecom / retail or ecommerce companies. Experience in start- ups would be an advantage
- Must have demonstrated a creative bent of mind in previous assignments
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent project management discipline and ability to meet requirements quickly
- Key Relationship Customers
- All service and support business.
- External Agencies like Creative Agency / PR agency etc.
Other information :
- Needs to have a good balance between highly creative and at the same time have the work discipline to work and thrive in a rapidly growing corporate environment.
