Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Technical Program Architect. This position will be a key contributor to the Analytics Team and is accountable to own our digital analytics technology stack. As a Solution Architect, you will manage the digital analytics platform including developing, implementing, and maintaining the governance strategy and being the steward of the master architecture.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners including Leadership, Business Unit Leads, Analytics Managers, and IT. You will possess strong leadership and communication skills. You are results-oriented focused on delivering value in a flexible environment

Responsibilities :

- Big Data Analytics platform architecture, design and implementation experience for an Enterprise on Hadoop or Azure, and other technologies. Preferably in healthcare domain

- Build out data governance and data management capabilities for Digital Web Channels

- Develop strong working relationships with business segments, Technology, and other stakeholders to promote adoption of data governance throughout the organization

- Lead and supports the development, refinement and implementation of the data analytics and governance- Measures, Balance scorecard framework

- Lead execution and measurement of data analytics, measures, governance policies, standards and guidelines

- Gather requirements from analysts and business to keep measurement capabilities on cutting edge, but within the governance model

Qualifications :

- 10 -14 Years Experience in a Big Data Analytics & Business Intelligence, Data Governance and Solution Architecture

- Expert level experience working with Big Data Architecture, Design, Data and integration layers

- Expert level experience in data modeling, Data warehousing, Business Intelligence

- B Tech (CSE) + MBA/ Certifications in Analytics

- Prior Experience Leading the implementation and Management of a Web Analytics, Big Data analytics Platform a must
