- Training Needs Analysis and Planning
- Content Development
- Program Development and Delivery
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Evaluation, Certification & Reporting
- To conduct TNA in consultation with business or regional teams and deploy delivery options for the organization
- Minimum 15 days Classroom & Field sales training during a month.
- Working directly with specified set of under performers (if any)
- Driving Regional & National Sales Contests
- Maintaining Classroom & Field Observation reports.
- Conduct one on one discussions with the designated group on regular basis
- Be open to unlearning & learning.
- To support the organization in its effort to be a Great Place to Work
- Publish a regular training dashboard describing the progress & updates on training conducted and effectiveness of the training on a month on month basis.
Note : Focus to be on Product Training and Skill based
