Excellent opportunity for Headphone Sales -Call center head -10 to 15 years experience - Mumbai Goregaon East.  Roles & Responsibilities :   - Convert online leads to sales  - P & L accountability of phone-sales business unit as a revenue channel  - Manage a team of 100+ sales advisors engaged in inbound & outbound calls/email  - Evaluate a BPO to outsource people & infra to scale up sales advisory teams  - Liaison with acko marketing team to understand the planned marketing campaigns and simultaneously engage with analytics team to forecast quarterly volume of leads  - Project manpower requirements basis forecasted leads and advisor's productivity  - Recruit phone sales advisors, provide product & sales training and ensure timely go-live  - Act as an on-site manager at BPO partner premises and drive sales conversion  - Ensure timely invoicing & payments to BPO partners  - Prepare business requirement document to design technology tools - CRM, Dialer, MIS  - Liaison with management team & key stakeholders to clear internal bottlenecks  Candidature requirements :   - 10+ years- experience with a BPO or eCommerce firm selling B2C products on portal/phone  - Hands-on experience driving phone sales conversion for leads generated on internet portal  - Prior experience in general insurance selling motor products will be an added advantage  - Candidates from Mumbai preferred.
