ABOUT THE POSITION : &nbsp; Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for an entrepreneurial supply chain professional with strong core experience in restaurants/food production/FMCG/ agriculture/manufacturing supply chain to lead our supply chain team. Direct reports will include 2 supply chain executives and a warehouse manager THE IDEAL CANDIDATE : - Self-starter, ready to take on new challenges - Numbers-oriented - Experience in restaurants or FMCG or food production or contract farming - Positive attitude and ability to work with team - Aggressive approach to problem-solving - Strong communication - Strong business acumen, business analytics and operational knowledge - Patience to handle a wide variety of vendors - Min 5, max 14 years of experience. ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES : MATERIAL MANAGEMENT - Develop and track key business metrics to streamline material delivery - Metrics rigorously tracked: Transfer of stocks between stores : - Stock outs - Vendor fill rate % - Warehouse fill rate % - Stock holding values at outlet and warehouse level - PO accuracy - Deliveries at store within designated time windows - Ensure POs for consumable and assets are places through our ERP - Supervise warehouse and production unit - Enforce 100% compliance with existing SOPs - Develop new SOPs as required - PRODUCT INNOVATION: - Develop new/existing vendors to deliver best-in-class quality - Develop vendors for contract farming - Manage projects related to innovation as directed by the CEO - Conduct tasting sessions to collect ratings on new products - Assist project team with new project/asset related supply - COST REDUCTION : - Manage vendor contracts and ensure best-in-industry pricing - Lead negotiations with vendors - Advise accounts team from time to time about gaps in processes Salary Upto 21 LPA depending on experience. ESOP may also be offered in certain cases.
