Objectives for the Role:

Manager PAN India| Segment Pharmaceuticals

1. Deepen its customer engagement in Pharmaceuticals industry to leverage business expansion across PAN India

2. Our existing Pharma business needs to be supported in the region to enhance the customer understanding and business continuity.

3. We would build deeper customer connect and understanding with Key Large Accounts.

4. Achieve growth by enhancing the customer acquisition, competitive offerings and superior delivery and customer service

Key Responsibilities :

1. Handling entire sales of Iodine, Perchlorates and Persulphates to Pharmaceutical customers across PAN India with more than 5 years in B2B sales

2. Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders both within and outside the organization is essential for success in this role. Managing large /complex customers.

3. Track record of delivery of sales targets and performance

4. Experience/track record/confidence representing the company externally and dealing professionally with large customers

5. Identify direct sales opportunities to develop sales for first-fill and service fill opportunities.

6. Manage relationship with key accounts. Prospect / develop / consolidate our relationships

7. Develop the brand awareness to facilitate local relationships

8. Carry out market intelligence on new technologies and update / report relevant activities of competitors

9. Understand customer's technical requirements & queries and provide proper techno-commercial solutions.

10. Capable of developing the new markets, new products and should have understanding of regulatory framework

Qualification:

- Science Graduate / Engineering Degree -Chemicals Masters / PG Diploma in Business Management.

- Experience: 7-8 years in Pharmaceuticals handling Intermediates | CRAMs
