- 1 to 4 years of quota carrying corporate software or technology

- Strong industry connections amongst the leadership echelons in HR fraternity in given geography

- Should have sold HR related solutions across IT / ITeS / Engineering Services / Automotive / OEM / Infrastructure industry verticals

- Ability to manage end to end BD cycle (lead generation, setting up client calls, managing client relationships, Negotiations, billing and collections)

- Excellent phone/ email and customer service abilities

- Hard working, honest and ability to multitask

- Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles

- Previous Sales Methodology training

- CRM experience

- Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment

- Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions

Job Description:

- The role is of a Inside Software Sales Person as an individual contributor

- Continuously provide inputs towards the target suspect list of potential clients

- Mapping Network, make warm / cold calls, look out for references, nurture incoming enquirers to generate right leads and convert - suspects- into prospects

- Set up prospective client meetings and ensure that delivery teams get ample demand of business from new client sign ups

Responsible for revenue generation from the set of corporate by cross selling and up selling of integrated products

- Talk to clients to pitch Calibrace and our service offerings

- Create proposals / agreements based on his / her understanding of client requirements

- Manage ongoing client relationships and nurture new client engagement till the time the - prospect- becomes a potential client and hand hold transitions of the account to the farming and delivery team for continuing the relationship

- Manage client negotiations, escalations, billing and collections wherever required

- Be the face of Calibrace for all clients in your designated geography

- Knowledge of technology and solid business-to-business sales and account management experience
