- 8 to 12 years. mid-level in seniority with typically 8-10 years of work ex. in the finance industry / WM / KYC / AFC domain

- Project execution manager/ business analyst to implement a harmonized KYC operating model across multiple regions in Wealth management/International Private Bank space.

- Should have KYC and client onboarding knowledge and project change experience to be able to translate a target operating model into work packages for execution and work with regional Business/COO/ Operations/ Anti Financial crime/ Agile teams to implement them and put in place KPIs to measure success
