Mandarin Attorney

Roles and Responsibilities:

- To be a central person for managing the delivery of the review (Drafting, Negotiation and Review) of myriad types of contracts (customer agreements, NDA, leases, vendor contracts, services agreement etc.) on behalf of the client

- Work as a subject matter expert on contract drafting, review and management

- To lead telephonic negotiations with Client's counterparties

- Understand the client requirements and expectations

- Creating and developing project know how documents and imparting training to the eam on the same

- Playbook creation and suggest changes as per client requirements

- Perform QC based on project guidelines and client instructions

- A law graduate from Mandarin / China having experience of 1 to 3 years in contracts management.

- Must have experience working on Mandarin contracts related to retail sector.

- Experience working on Conga tool will be preferred.

- Must be comfortable working in Shanghai time zone
