- Attorney Associate with an experience ranging from 2 to 4 years with in-depth knowledge of contracts and Contract Lifecycle Management. The candidate will be supporting a high-profile client by supporting with drafting, negotiating and finalizing contracts and assisting their internal process relating to contract completion.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Work as a subject matter expert on the contract abstraction, vetting, review, drafting and negotiation for India Delivery centers.
- Perform quality checks for the first line review in accordance with the SOP.
- Well versed with legal research, compliance, and due diligence related work.
- Ability to communicate with the Client efficiently and effortlessly.
- Ability to identify issues, escalate it to the client as, and when need be.
- Strong logical thinking and good decision-making abilities.
- Tracking of contracts diligently and maintaining report metrics accurately.
- Maintaining accuracy report meticulously for all the contracts on which quality check is performed.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information in entirety.
- Achieve higher productivity along with maintaining impeccable accuracy grades.
- Adaptability towards new technologies and the work environment with the motive to bring innovation.
- Must pay very careful attention to details.
- Ability to work with global teams.
- Creating and developing project knowhow documents and imparting training to the team on the same.
- Develop and enhance procedures to make internal legal process more efficient.
- Ability to perform under pressure and multi task.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned in addition to assisting in the reporting tasks.
- Ensure SLAs are met individually as well as a Team.

Qualifications and Education Requirements :
