This position is based out of our Delhi or Bangalore offices in India. We are a modern, cloud first company with all of our systems and infrastructure in the cloud. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for examining our existing IT systems and software to make sure the business needs of our internal stakeholders are met and when needed write requirements for new ones.&nbsp; What you'll do: - Partner with IT leadership to identify gaps in the current architecture of all of our SaaS systems focusing primarily on business systems and processes.&nbsp; - Consult with different areas of the organization to identify and document the requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems. - Document and map as-is and future state processes - Solutions Design, Delivery &amp; Support for different stakeholders of the organization - Create technical documentation and conduct end-user training - Manage workflows, manage system configuration, and the general end-user assistance - Be proactive and take initiative to gather information, investigate gaps/issues, identify potential solutions, and present to both Business and IT stakeholders We'd love for you to have: - Good knowledge of enterprise core systems such as CRM (salesforce), ERP (Netsuite), HRIS - Understand workflow tools like JIRA and Confluence - 10 years of hands on IT experience with 5 years as a business analyst - Bachelor's degree in a related field, Masters degree is preferred but not required - Proven IT knowledge of business analysis processes and functions - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical and critical thinking - Ability to interact at different levels of the organization - Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities - Ability to work independently
