As an Sales Account Director - Govt Sales - West, you will be responsible for positively impacting the relative attributes to the account including customer satisfaction, NCV growth, the share of wallet and the successful introduction of new solutions. This position requires a thorough understanding of the clients' business and the industry in which they compete, the corresponding IT initiatives, identifying needs which CA can help resolve, developing compelling business value proposals for our solutions and ultimately closing business.

- This position also possesses a trusted relationship with the C-suite, senior-level decision makers, and other key buyers within the assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- This position must be seen by the customer as being both customers centric and solutions-oriented. Overall, this position is responsible for delivering positive, quantifiable results for CA across five primary areas:

- Customer Focus: Manage and optimize the overall customer account experience.

- Financial Targets: Meet or exceed CA's stated financial quotas and targets.

- Internal Business Processes: Demonstrate mastery with CA's internal processes, systems, and support structure.

- Professional Development: Demonstrate high-level of proficiency and skill.

- Leadership, Teamwork, and Planning: Mobilize, collaborate with, and effectively run virtual team(s).

Work Experience and Skills & Competencies:

- Experience of 10+ years in Sales / Business Development.

- Strong Experience in Sales Account Management.

- Handling key Government customers in all States in West India (Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa).

- Strong Connections and Alliances with key decision makers in various Ministries in the said states

- Handling Ministry of IT as an account and leading projects (DoP, NIC etc.)

- Maintaining partner relationship in all states

- Strong communication Skills.

- Relationship building with key customers.

- Presentation skills oriented towards Technology and business.

- Exposure towards solution selling with key customers.

Preferred Education:

- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field or equivalent training in business or account management.

Business Travel and Physical Demands:

- Business travel of approximately 50 percent yearly is expected for this position.
