About the Account Management team: C2FO Account Management is a team within C2FO that has accountability for growing the buyer's accounts payable volume participating in the C2FO market and achieving buyer income objectives, through existing and new products. The team that manages the P&L and relationship management of a portfolio of key buyer accounts that support C2FO's mission of making working capital available to all businesses around the world. This team serves as the primary relationship manager to Treasurers and/or Heads of Finance with the responsibility for P&L, customer satisfaction, maintaining customer communication, and the overall management of the customer relationship. Identifies opportunities and expands accounts. About the Account Manager Role: Designation: Account Manager Experience: 2-5 years Location: Noida Essential Duties: - Experience with large set of data for analysis and account mining. - Managing multiple customers and handling multiple accounts. - Drive revenue through account-based planning and execution. - Identifying key performance indicators against individual account plan business objectives. - Own and deliver critical Account Management infrastructure projects. - Preferably, worked in cross-sell and up-sell. - Support internal development and prioritization of account facing application enhancements. - Executing account-based campaigns, international coordination, and programs among cross-functional teams. - Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to this role (Supplier Relationship Management, Implementation, Project Management, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other internal teams). Preferred Qualification, Skills, Knowledge & Experience: - 2+ years of relevant work experience - Can prioritize well and communicate clearly across cross-functional teams (written and verbal). - A finance, management consulting, or ITeS background is preferred. - Good in Advanced Excel, Data Mining, and Data Analysis. - Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. - Experience with Account Management methodologies, metrics, and processes is a plus. - Experience with SaaS-based businesses is a plus.
