C K Birla Healthcare - Manager - Sales Training (9-10 yrs)
Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced sales trainer who will be responsible for managing end-to-end learning needs for B2B and B2C sales team - including identifying learning needs, creating engaging learning content, conducting programs, measuring effectiveness and planning refresher sessions.
Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:
- Bachelor/Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
- 9-10 years of experience, if which 5-6 years is in sales training
- Professional certifications in sales training will be added advantage.
Preferred industry: Hospital, Retail Healthcare chains, Diagnostic, Pharma
- Should be willing to travel extensively
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Define learning needs for sales team (B2B, B2C) based on business requirements, market benchmarking and skill gaps.
- Articulate sales training road-map based on training needs.
- Create training curriculum and content, which is engaging and customized to the context.
- Conduct training session as per schedule, including sessions for new hires and refresher programs.
- Conduct audits and assessments to gauge training effectiveness.
- Manage training budgets.
- Maintain training records.
- Share frequent updates/dashboards with senior management on training status, feedback and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and demands of a corporate sales environment.
Functional Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Strong command over English and Hindi language
- Should be able to create rich content based on requirements
- Should be aware of best-in-class training tools and aids
- Should be willing to travel extensively
- Strong program management; planning and organizing skills
