Business Analyst

We are hiring a Business Analyst who will help us scale the control tower function.

The BA will work on multiple projects and responsibilities which include :

- Closely working with the business teams to enable data-driven decision making.

- Execute quantitative analysis/statistical modeling that translates data into actionable insights.

- Track KPI, analyze trends and identify potential issues/opportunities to improve them in the future.

- Enable Dashboards to streamline order processing and achieve perfect orders.

- Interact with internal function and technical teams to gather requirements, structure scalable and performant data solutions.

Requirements :

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Data strategy/planning, consulting, related roles.

- Previous experience in marketplace preferred.

- Good handle in SQL, Google Sheets, & Scripting

- Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting, familiarity with data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Quick sight
