ROLE SUMMARY : The Business Analyst is responsible for working with stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs and to develop and support in implementing solutions that support the organization's goals. The role involves gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends and patterns, and creating detailed business requirements for new or improved systems, processes, and products.

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Excellent academic record - B.E./B.Tech IT, CSE/ MCA along with MBA (preferred).

- 3 years of experience in a business analyst role or relevant experience.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop detailed business requirements for new or improved systems, processes, and products.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.

- Monitor and report on the progress of projects.

- Managing testing and deployment.

- Ability to use data processing tools for data transformation.

- Provide training and support to end users.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
