As part of the team, you will be working on building and improving this technology in a fast-paced dynamic environment. The team has a high bar for quality. The founders have built 3 large businesses in the Ed- Tech space (>$ 200 Mn) and the team includes founding engineers of unicorns, PhDs, ex-Amazon scientists, ex-Pixar designers, IIT, Harvard grads.
Responsibilities :
- Good Exposure to Recruitment Process.
- Experience/Knowledge in Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection.
- Experience in Sourcing profiles through Job Portals, Networking, Headhunting & Social Networking Sites.
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills
- Must be target-driven and must be able to thrive in a time-pressured environment.
- Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally.
- Should have good experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Screening, shortlisting, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets.
- Should have the ability to deliver results on time.
- Should have a sound Technical Background.
