Channel Manager (Youtube)

- Design and manage complete operating plan, programming & content strategies, video optimization and viewership growth for existing and newly created YT channels

- Devise audience development strategies to increase viewership and subscriptions of the channel

- Develop data-driven recommendations to ensure goals are achieved

- Analyzing program risks and managing the goals of the program.

- Develop and control deadlines and activities, develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.

- Manage promotions and ads for the channels and produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
