Role Summary: Location HR Role and major responsibility is to coordinate with the corporate team to complete the daily deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Process management from Candidates offer accepted stage till the successful onboarding stage.
- Employee queries management, manage queries of employees related to HR Process.
- HR Operations role, Employee profile data update, track and update long absence, unauthorized absence cases to the corporate compliance Team.
- Successfully manage Stakeholder communication.
- Update daily dashboards and Adhoc requests as per the corporate office.
- Employee engagement activities according to the events calendar.
- Exit process management and assist employees on the F&F clearance.
Required Skillsets :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- MS Office skills.
- Local language + Hindi + English
