Job Description :


1. The candidate will be responsible for hiring at scale for various technical positions in the desired technical field (software engineers, leads, senior android or front end roles.

2. Technical recruitment specialist who has managed end to end recruiting (tech hiring), Stakeholder and vendor management, and has good people management skills.

3. Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.

4. Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation on documentation tools.

5. Review the job description; understand the requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.

6. Partner with our Internal stakeholder to understand, forecast the needs and requirements
