Team Lead/Assistant Manager - Quality Control - Sales Operations
THE ROLE:
Team Lead/Assistant Manager- Quality Control- Sales Operations - This role directly falls under the central operations vertical of the firm and is instrumental in extending critical support to the front-footed sales force of BYJU's.
This role is based out of Bangalore.
OVERVIEW:-
Project Management- Catering to overall business requirements via appropriate and seamless allocation of resources
- Identifying development projects and coordinate with the relevant departments during the project life cycle
- Systematic and timely execution of projects
- Documentation of processes and maintaining project records
- Defining matrices for projects and process improvement and sharing the improvement reports and recommendations with management

Sales Support- Ideating on and laying down robust processes and systems to aid the Sales Team
- Execution/ implementation of new processes with ownership of end-to-end upkeep and maintenance
- Identifying scope to optimize existing processes in order to boost productivity of sales force
- Automate operations processes in order to enhance efficiencies and reduce manual dependence
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Team Lead/ Assistant Manager is an individual contributor position with the following key responsibilities:
- Perform regular quality assessments on all processes, mainly Database Management.
- Resolving quality-related issues adhering to deadlines and the designed processes.
- Design an efficient design protocol that can be used across all domains.
- Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records.
- Guide the execution team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the Database.
