HRBP - State HR Head (Multiple Positions)
- Partnering with the business and all stakeholders across functions to establish goals for Sales employees in the State and ensure periodic review of performance against established goals while ensuring smooth delivery of day-to-day operations for Sales Workforce
- Overlook the entire gamut of HR functions for the business unit- engagement, stakeholder management etc.
- Drive Talent Management & employee retention strategies for assigned business units, including promotions & succession planning
