The Role: We at BYJU'S are looking for enthusiastic and result oriented program managers with 1 - 3 years of experience in driving high impact projects and programs in a hyper growth technology enabled business environment. The incumbent will be responsible to take end-to-end ownership of programs and projects, partner closely with the Product, Biz - Tech, Content, Marketing, data and CRM Teams to build robust processes and a strong governance to help drive our student experience OKRs. Key Responsibilities: The candidate will be running strategic cross functional initiatives/projects for our student experience department These projects will be high on impact, change management and would involve ideation and proof of concepts and scalable solutions around - Platform Enhancements - Process Improvements - Revenue Management The candidate would be expected to solve unstructured complex problems by identifying root cause and deploy scalable technology-led solutions to address the same. He/She would be expected to work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop requirement scope, deliverables, required resources and work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives The candidate would also be expected to work with other program managers / project managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department and devise solutions to overcome the same. He/She would be expected to produce program reports for management and stakeholders and contribute actively towards planning and road-mapping in collaboration with leadership.
