We are looking to hire someone who can create a Learning and Development framework for the Byju's Learning Centers (BLC). The person will be formulating a learning culture; drive behavior and action plans. The incumbent will lead a team of 4 and report to the Chief Business Officer - BLC. Key roles and responsibilities : - Work on new hire training plan from batch formation to allocation to training delivery - Training Content Creation for entire requirement from Sales to central processes - To effectively analyze the training needs of teams in Byju's Learning Centre - Plan the training calendar across functions and processes - Support organization change through the development of targeted learning interventions - Adapt and innovate research methods to meet needs by delivering high-quality insights in a fast-paced environment Requirements : - Experience of sales training for 6-10 years
