Senior Business Analyst (FP&A)

If you are someone who is able to :

- Analyse business data and draw insightful recommendations

- Pay attention to detail

- Use excel and other software packages to analyse data

- Communicate clearly and efficiently

You will serve as a key link between the Corporate Strategy Office and the underlying businesses in the group for financial reporting and analysis

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :

1. Review of periodic performance of businesses within the group (esp. acquisitions), tracking their KPIs & financial statements, tracking deployment & use of capital, helping in preparation of budgets/forecasts, etc.

2. Working with business finance and other functions with respect to these businesses

3. Track and analyse actual results in comparison with budgets/forecasts

4. Identifying trends in revenues & costs, potential for synergies, benchmarking performance vs. industry etc.

5. Assistance in M&A process (industry research, financial modelling, etc.)

6. Evaluate new opportunities for business based on internal/ external data.

Education & Experience :

- Master's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Management/Business Administration

- Around 5 years of relevant work experience as in financial analysis, planning & budgeting, stakeholder management

Location & Compensation :

This role is based in Bangalore. The compensation includes a performance-based variable pay. A detailed breakdown will be provided in your offer letter, if selected.
