Byju's - Salesforce Consultant

The Role:

In this role, you will be an integral part of the BYJU'S Platform & Student Strategy team, working on a variety of growth strategy assignments for the company. You will be involved across different facets of Strategy function across Technology development, business planning and change management.

The role will provide exposure to the Product life cycle starting from building product roadmaps, Process management and CRM implementation and engagement across various functions.

The incumbent will be based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- The candidate will be shaping and running Technology and Salesforce strategic cross Techno functional projects

- Partner with the Business Leadership team identify Product development opportunities and design business and technology solutions across marketing and product for India.

- The projects will also be high on opportunity assessment and strategic planning around proposed products, customer segments and platform builds

- All the projects would involve extensive engagement of internal stakeholders across functions

- The candidate will need to drive such projects without reporting relationships. This would require very strong influencing skills

- In many of the projects there will be a strong element of external stakeholder / partner management as well

- Additionally, there will be change management projects spanning - data analytics, building test beds, customer insight mining, building new practices and processes

- Will also be responsible for overseeing execution of marketing initiatives in India (along with the India Marketing team that will also get built out in parallel)

Candidate Profile:

- Ability to break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work and drive business solutions

- Management Consulting experience required or experience in Technology implementation and building Product roadmap role in the prior organization

- Strong understanding CRM products like Salesforce etc.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams

- Comfort with some ambiguity and high degree of ownership is an important trait given stage and nature of business.

- Relevant years of experience in consulting, general management, operations, or strategy roles
