The Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for Designing and Deploying Score Card for Retail Loan Customers, someone who has experience in Risk Analytics in Retail Lending space in Banking/NBFC. We are looking to hire a Risk Analytics &amp; Data Scientist who has end to end model building experience - scoping to deployment, developed and deployed models for the entire loan life cycle using internal information and bureau data. Key Responsibilities: - Design and Deploy Score Card for Retail Loan Customers (sub 2 Lacs) with use of alternate data, course usage data, bureau data, etc. - Build Collection Scorecard for prioritization, use of AI/ML to have better visibility of customers- communications w.r.t collections, etc. - Portfolio monitoring &amp; automation of MIS - Work on projects for collection strategy, risk triggers, and prioritization - Partner with our Internal stakeholder to understand, forecast the requirements Candidate Profile: - 5-7 years of experience in Risk Analytics in Retail Lending space in Banking/NBFC - MBA, Masters in Statistics/Data Analytics or equivalent degree. - Hands on experience in handling and executing large scale advanced analytics projects in the field of Risk management especially in retail lending space. - Developed or has been part of the team who has worked on Application and Collection Score Card Development. - Worked on large datasets and variables, credit assessment through alternate data, leverage bureau data to assess on-us &amp; off-us behavior of customer. - Someone with a strategic orientation- planning as well as analysis. - Exceptional oral and written presentation and communication skills - Proven ability of team leadership through time and experience - Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all organizational levels, and foster strong cross functional teamwork
