Knowledge :

- A problem-solving approach, data-driven decision making, and strong project management skills

- Well versed with all tools of Microsoft Office

- Excellent Research and Communications skills

- Ability to work in teams and independently take responsibility for delivering key results and Knowledge of other collaborative tools

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with business/operations/sales teams to assist in day to day activities, and improve product/process positioning

- SOP Creation

- Reporting and PPT creation

- Participate in critical meetings with stakeholders to evaluate business processes and take requirements

- Prepare business requirement documents

- Manage communication gaps among teams and closely follow-up

Qualification : Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (Public Policy or Development Studies / Economics or Management Sciences / Engineering from Premier Institute)
