Byju's - Program Manager - Strategy & Planning

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, planning and overall success of the various programs in the central sales development team. They will have complete accountability on the improvement of project performance for the teams assigned to them.

This position is ideal for someone who is interested in continual learning and self development.

Position is based out of Bangalore location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ability to plan the project roadmap, track its progress and deliver results within the deadline in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

- Someone with an analytical mindset who has hands-on experience in quantitative decision making and has the ability to drive business metrics

- Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination. Someone with the ability to define a logical and step by step approach to achieving the program objectives

- Experience in a results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions succeeding through regular meetings and clear formal and informal communication with members of various teams.

- Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.

- Having Strong business acumen, organizational & people skills with the ability to deal with a high degree of ambiguity in situations where authority is not a given

- Complex Problem solving and Strategic & creative thinking abilities backed by the ability to communicate through data based precise storytelling

Required Qualifications :

- 0-3 years experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position.

- MBA from a reputed college.

- Strategic thinking and sound business judgment.

- Should be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-changing business environment.

- Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical thinking, along with a creative

solutions-driven mindset.

- Ability to work and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders through solid project

management and communication.
