Key Responsibilities:- - Own and drive a program management team of 7 members for Initiatives end to end (Identification, Scoping, Stakeholder Alignment, Tracking, and Closure) - This is a horizontal role that works with multiple functions across geographies and top leaders. This position should drive multi-functional and multi-team tasks, aligning all stakeholders on requirements, business impact, and timelines - Collaborate with business leaders & regional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives using Consumer-Insights, marketing- fundamentals for making a decision - Understand technical and business processes at a high level and dive deep into specific verticals as per the request - Coordinate cross-project activities; form a bridge between multiple platforms and processes - Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities by Applying change, risk, and resource management - Support the program-managers team to provide critical insights & recommendations for new business development, GTM, new products and solutions, and/ or new market development.
