The Role:
Requires the ability to oversee daily activities across functions. Operations responsibilities include designing policies, overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions. The candidate should demonstrate solid leadership and analytical skills, exhibit strong business acumen, as well as a commitment to productivity.
Position is based out of Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team
- Design policies that align with overall strategy
- Implement efficient processes and standards
- Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
- Drive automation and transformation
- Taking care of the Order Management process
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
- Improve the business processes for each department through analysis and collaboration
- Get involved in long-term business planning at the managerial and executive level
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Operations for Tier 1 campus
- Min. 4 - 8 years of work experience in the desired field
- Excellent Communications skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented mind set
- Ability to multi-task and adjust to a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and manage relationship
