Responsibilities :

- Strong understanding of HR life to retire.

- Strong Data analytics and decisions to be made based on insights and data.

- Proven track record of Re-engineering processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

- People managerial capabilities Lead a team from 30 to 100+

- Good Stakeholder management.
