As a member of the Talent Management Function, the role holder(s) will have a combination of the following responsibilities (some or all):-
- To identify and deploy an agile performance management framework that provides a clear linkage between business unit goals and leadership/senior management goals.
- To work closely with Business and Functional leaders to define clear performance metrics including acceptable and stretch performance norms for their respective teams, that impact business outcomes, thereby helping establish a culture of constructive accountability in all business units.
- To ensure cascading of various business units' / functions' goals to every team member of the business unit/function.
- To ensure agility of performance metrics of business unit/functions in line with new or modified business goals.
- To ensure execution of follow up actions coming out of Talent Reviews, with regards to Talent Development, Succession readiness and Talent movement tracking.
- To internally design, develop / procure developmental instruments and assessments to adequately assess leadership competencies for developmental and / or selection purposes.
- To design and / or develop Developmental programs and Development Experiences for identified High Potential talent, deploy and track progress periodically
