The Role: HR PMO is responsible for managing project plans, timelines and overall summary plan, identifying and resolving project issues and risks; preparing project updates for executive meetings. Work Location - Bangalore Key Responsibilities: - Collaborating with other regional sales leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects. - Engage the respective team leads regularly to communicate and confirm ability to meet milestones; actively manage and measure progress of teams involved in various projects - Provide project leadership and help drive implementation of key initiatives - Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables - Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently - Drafting new and improving existing policies and processes as applicable - Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to deadlines. - Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification, post the completion of the project - Ensuring adherence to program governance structure by sharing the management assurance report on the status of the implementation of the various projects at an agreed frequency - Responsible for preparing and facilitating regular team project update meetings that require coordination and integration activities across multiple teams functions as the case may be. Candidate Profile: - Proven ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization verbally and in writing in an effective manner - Experience in managing key stakeholders across all phases of the program - Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands for limited resources - MBA is preferred - 6 to 10 years of progressive management experience with focus in human resources technology and transformation, and multiple project management. - A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous. - Candidates from KPO/ BPO industry is preferred
