Responsibilities

- Manage a team of SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) of Mathematics, Physics,Chemistry and Biology

- Work with Subject Trainers to get the SMEs trained to clarify students doubts realtime through various channels - video conference/tele-calls/chats

- Consistently work towards improving the the quality of deliverables of SMEs though regular audits, feedback and training

- Monitor, asses and track progress of SMEs

- Help management schedule SMEs as per the demand and manage the inflow of queries from the customer efficiently

- Consistently work towards increasing the efficiency of the team and improve the business bottom line

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in business operations

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving

- Attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills

- Good command on MS Excel and Presentation
