About The Team :
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own and accelerate our efforts around engaging customers on the BYJU"S platform. The objective is to increase the performance of our programs and channels to enable higher engagement levels for different user cohorts.
The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and to build and execute engagement and experience customer journeys by applying growth principles to drive performance.

Your Key Responsibilities :
- Establishing best practices and improving overall comms across different consumer touchpoints
- Setting up new engagement programs, and prioritizing initiatives to increase the overall engagement and experience levels of different user cohorts
- Build a strong culture of user-first thinking and product planning to drive impactful outcomes across the entire lifecycle of the user
- Partnering with Product, content, creative, operations teams to create a highly engaged user
- Understanding users and drive insights to various teams to influence roadmaps and key focus areas
- Define on the platform and off platform strategies across different channels and user cohorts that help in higher engagement with brand and product.
- Developing an engagement calendar that is relevant at a user level to help overall retention
- Establishing best practices and improving overall comms across different consumer touchpoints
