Manager - Finance

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Handling Special accounting and processes for M&A and other related processes.

- Reporting to management on the current position and MIS of acquired entities

- Consolidation under IND AS and preparation of financial statements under Ind AS

- Handling Adhoc requirements and processes on need basis for holding companies and subsidiary

- Liasioning with auditor and tax authorities as required

Skills : Accounting, Ind AS, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Merger and acquisitions accounting, Consolidation, Financial statement preparation

Qualification : Bcom, CA, CS(added advantage)

Tools : Tally, Netsuite, ERP, MS office
