Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement compensation and rewards programs that foster our Talent strategy and Sustainable Development footprint and attract, motivate & retain talents - Ensure rewards & benefits (both tangible and non-tangible) policies and practices are legally compliant across all geographies - Drive the design, development, and implementation of innovative Performance Management framework, programs, processes, and standards to build a performance improvement culture, and capability - Proposing and implementing differentiated salary review budgets to motivate high performance. - Design and implementation of global compensation platform enabling Incentive plan assignments, pay-outs, ESOPs distribution, salary review stock grant processes - Studying and implementing rewards practices Candidate Profile: - 15+ years of experience is must - Excellent communication and presentation skill - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Detail oriented mindset - Ability to take full ownership of a project - Demonstrable ability to partner and communicate clearly with stakeholders at multiple levels - Ability to multi task and adjust to a fast paced working environment - Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and manage relationships
