As a part of the HR Analytics and Projects team at BYJUS, you will work closely with several other teams within the HR function. It is a key role that requires direct impact by driving initiatives and insights through analytics. You will :
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Drive HR projects and process improvements end to end, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, HR Operations, Systems and Automation, and Performance Management
- Develop HR strategies, guide the design and implementation of the HR projects, and oversee the processes and communications
- Analyze trends across a range of metrics, provide insights and recommend interventions backed by data
