The Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining & implementing SOPs on: Training Need Identification (TNI), Content development, Delivery Management & Knowledge management.

Location - Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Content Creation for entire sales requirements
- Developed training process & training team to improve the sales team efficiency
- Worked on new methodologies of training the field force to improve the sales productivity
- Conducting Training Needs Analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture requirements across the institution; identifying current and future developmental needs at the individual level and capacity building requirements at the institutional level
- Implement various learning methods (e.g. on the job, class room, coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Driving and facilitating the implementation of the L&D plan to ensure smooth execution with effective outcomes; providing thought leadership around program design and delivery
- Monitoring and evaluation of both structured and informal methods used; making continuous improvements in the approach, process and methods as appropriate
- Support organization change through the development of targeted learning interventions
- Track budgets, negotiation of contracts, build and maintain relationships with third-party training providers
- Adapt and innovate research methods to meet needs by delivering high-quality insights in a fast-paced work environment
Candidate Profile:
- Experience of 8+ years
- Have prior experience of driving strategic learning initiatives
- Ability to challenge the status quo
- Excellent communication with sharp business acumen
