- Providing strategic direction to the management
- Partnering with business units to develop overall HR strategy and objectives
- Translating the HR strategy and objectives into goals, plans and tactics that are aligned with business imperatives, while assuring compatibility with company's values, ethics and policies
- Providing analysis and recommendations in areas such as talent management, organizational assessment, performance and career management
- Mitigating risks through analysis and consideration of impacts; planned for change management, transition strategies and knowledge transfer/ training as required
- Drove engagement programs (Connects, Career fairs) with action on survey feedback resulting in increase in scores
- Engaged in driving Internal HR Risk governance making sure risk mitigation is in place with improvement in audit rating
- Working on employer brand, culture transformation and employee experience
- Driving high performance culture, develop & launch the Balance Scorecard based on KPIs
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Build and Implement new HR strategies to create a high performance and conflict-free workplace.
- Identify training needs, evaluate training programs and help organize training development initiatives for teams and individuals.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Improve job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and organizing team building activities.
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
